Are you curious about myofascial release (MFR) and how it can complement your yoga practice or daily movement? This special workshop with Kristy is a perfect way to care for your body—especially for Flying Pig runners that weekend, athletes, desk warriors, or anyone feeling tight, tense, or stressed.
You'll be guided through self-myofascial release (SMFR) techniques using trigger point balls, along with other props, to ease tension and hydrate your fascia. We’ll also incorporate helpful stretching and movement. You'll leave feeling more mobile, more open, and equipped with self-care tools you can use anytime, anywhere.
This workshop includes:
A gentle intro to fascia and why MFR matters.
Full-body techniques to release common tight spots, including lower body (feet, legs, hips) and upper body (shoulders, back, neck), working with the needs of the room.
Body awareness exercises to help you tune in, slow down, and move with gratitude.
A restorative approach for all levels—everyone is welcome.
This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to restore movement, enhance tissue health, improve circulation, and boost energy.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, water, and wear comfy clothes you can move and roll around in. We’ll provide props, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Come reset your body, reconnect with yourself, and experience how movement and myofascial release can support your well-being.
