Fitness for Hope is a weekend of movement, remembrance, and hope — uniting fitness communities to inspire hope and raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention in memory of those we’ve lost.
How it works
Host a class
Gyms and studios across the country host donation-based fitness classes at their location.
Show up + move
Participants attend classes to move in honor of those we've lost and to inspire hope.
Donate
All proceeds go to suicide prevention foundations making an impact.
This year’s event will take place across the United States on September 12 - September 14, 2025.
