Our Process
WISe Wellness Guild partnered with Paycor to design and deliver a six-part financial wellness and leadership series that strengthened client relationships, elevated employee engagement, and fostered meaningful professional connections. Built for both Paycor employees and clients, the program created a collaborative learning environment centered on financial wellbeing, leadership, and career growth.
Working closely with Paycor, WISe developed the Challenge for Change speaker series—an integrated thought leadership platform launched on International Women's Day 2021. While inspired by the day's theme, the series was intentionally designed for all professionals, creating an inclusive forum for networking, learning, and cross-industry collaboration.
WISe led the engagement from strategy through execution, managing every aspect of the program, including content strategy, speaker recruitment, event production, creative development, registration, hosting, and post-event engagement.

Curated and managed 14 executive speakers, including leaders from HubSpot, CincyTech, Inclusion Companies, Fifth Third Bank, and eight women- and minority-owned businesses.
Produced the complete event ecosystem, including the website, creative assets, promotional campaigns, live production, and event recaps.
Strengthened Paycor's position as a trusted thought leader in employee wellbeing, financial wellness, leadership, and professional development.
