The Christ Hospital

Our Process

WISe Wellness Guild partnered with The Christ Hospital to expand its role beyond traditional healthcare—positioning the health system as a trusted wellness partner for employers, consumers, and the broader community. Together, we developed innovative programs that advanced employee wellbeing while creating meaningful opportunities for women-owned and minority-owned businesses.

Working alongside executive leadership, WISe identified strategic growth opportunities that aligned with The Christ Hospital's business objectives across both B2B and consumer markets. The engagement focused on strengthening employer relationships, increasing consumer engagement, and extending the health system's reach through wellness-first experiences and partnerships.

For employers, WISe created Sparking Change, an innovative employee wellbeing solution that combined evidence-based wellness programming with diverse local businesses and wellness experts, giving employers a fresh approach to workforce wellbeing. For consumers, WISe designed new engagement models that connected individuals with The Christ Hospital through direct-to-consumer wellness experiences, telehealth offerings, curated wellness products, and experiential programming.

WISe also launched a MedSpa test-and-learn pilot, generating insights that informed future growth opportunities while building a scalable framework for consumer wellness services.
