NECCO Foster & Adoption Care
Our Process
WISe Wellness Guild served as Fractional Chief Marketing Officer for NECCO, leading a comprehensive brand transformation across the organization's foster care, adoption, behavioral health, and independent living services. The engagement focused on modernizing the brand, aligning marketing with long-term business strategy, and building the internal capabilities needed to support future growth.
WISe led a data-driven brand strategy process grounded in stakeholder insights, market research, and competitive analysis. Through extensive employee, leadership, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, WISe developed a unified brand architecture aligned with NECCO's three- to five-year strategic plan and organizational vision.
Beyond strategy, WISe partnered with creative agency BLDG to develop a new visual identity and launched an integrated marketing strategy spanning employer brand, digital marketing, ambassador programming, employee engagement, and storytelling. The engagement also included executive leadership of marketing operations, content production, and organizational design to create a sustainable marketing function.
