Our Process

Kroger Wellness Festival, a 2-day outdoor wellness festival in Cincinnati, OH (attendance: 200,000+). WISe served as Programming + Production Leader for Kroger Wellness Festival, a 2-day outdoor wellness festival in Cincinnati, OH (attendance: 200,000+).

WISe partnered with Kroger and Advantage Marketing Partners to understand and deliver against strategic objectives. 

Over the course of the two days, WISe strategically mapped the consumer experience, integrated sponsors and Kroger leadership, and worked within a limited budget to deliver a high-impact, quality program to engage thousands of consumers.

WISe also created a pipeline for amplification to promote the event through an Ambassador network, creating UGC for KWF socials to cross-promote and drive attendance, including event giveaways and more.

WISe became integral part of the working team, identifying key talent, concepts, themes and activations and ensuring the event programming was produced with excellence.

Outcomes

  • WISe managed over 300 programs, including 40 headlining acts and 1200+ talent contracts, assets, content and schedules.

  • Partnered with key sponsors like PepsiCo, BODYARMOR, CocaCola, Kenvue, Gatorade, Simply, VitaCoco, Abbott and more.

  • Produced all run-of-show scripts, day-of stage production and set design, including production asset procurement, green room design and music production. .

  • Delivered Ambassador network toolkits and guidelines to produce over 400 pieces of social media content.
