Our Process

Crunchmaster partnered with WISe Wellness Guild to accelerate brand growth and category leadership in the competitive natural snacks market. At the time, Crunchmaster was working to increase household awareness, drive trial, and strengthen retail performance within Kroger's Natural Foods category.

WISe developed and executed an integrated regional marketing strategy that combined micro-influencer marketing, earned media, experiential activations, and large-scale product sampling to create measurable business impact. Serving as Crunchmaster's primary marketing investment in the region, WISe focused on authentic consumer engagement, trusted storytelling, and strategic retail support to drive awareness and conversion.

Over an 18-month engagement, WISe managed the distribution of more than one million product samples nationwide, extending campaign reach by redirecting festival inventory to frontline healthcare workers and community organizations. WISe also led an influencer and public relations strategy featuring 24 wellness creators, strategic media placements, and branded storytelling, including a featured advertorial in The Chic Guide, A Leadership Style, celebrating women who lead through wellness.

Outcomes

  • Elevated Crunchmaster to the #1 Natural Foods category leadership position at Kroger, surpassing its two largest competitors.

  • Distributed 1,000,000+ product samples across consumer events, retail activations, and community partnerships.
