Tell us a little bit about yourself...

Raised on a popcorn farm in rural Ohio near Findlay, I have always been driven to improve people's lives. This led me to a 12-year career as a Physical Therapist. Currently, I live near Liberty Township, OH, with my wonderful wife and energetic family.

What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?

Limiting junk food and overly processed items, and opting for fresh fruits, vegetables, Greek yogurt, lean meat, and water is the most important thing I do for my wellness.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?

Our bodies thrive on movement. Consistent physical activity is essential for maintaining optimal health and enhancing overall life quality and enjoyment. Prioritize staying active to keep your body functioning at its best.

What is one quote/ mantra you live by?

The adage "no pain, no gain" is misguided. Pain is a signal from your body that should be respected, not ignored. By understanding the cause of pain, you can discover activities your body enjoys, facilitating healing and gradual improvement.

Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of.

Navigating the chaos of raising four children under the age of four is a significant accomplishment, though the current ages of five to nine present their own unique challenges. Professionally, I am proud to have pursued advanced training in dry needling, allowing me to offer an integrated approach to pain relief and functional restoration for my patients.
